Key Verse: Psalm 92:1 “It is good to give thanks to the Lord, and to sing praises to your name, O Most High.” Thanksgiving day is a day where Americans fellowship and feast. We feast on ham, turkey, dressing, sweet potato casserole and and a whole table of desserts. It’s wonderful day that I look forward to each year. It is also a day where we give thanks to God for another year, and for the blessings He has given us, and this is a great practice. However, I want to issue a simple challenge to you. I want to challenge you to worship and give thanks to God every day not just Thanksgiving. God is worthy of our thankfulness everyday. Day by day He puts breath in our lungs, food in our belly, and sustains the entire universe. He is a great God, and He expects our thankfulness. Happy Thanksgiving!
